We collect information you choose to provide through our contact forms, including your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, message, and the page or service connected with your inquiry.

Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, request details, browser or device information, timestamps, and diagnostic data. We use IP addresses for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

The site stores your privacy choice in your browser's local storage under the key noderisk-consent-v2.

If you accept optional content and visit our Careers page, the isolated Rooster jobs widget requests current openings from Rooster. Rooster and its delivery providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, and request timestamps.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare and discuss requested services, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

Please do not submit passwords, private keys, exploit code, regulated data, or other highly sensitive material through the website contact form.

Cloudflare hosts and operates the website infrastructure and may process request and diagnostic data. Resend delivers contact-form submissions to the configured NodeRisk email inbox. If you accept the Careers widget, Rooster provides current job listings through an isolated embed. Our email and other operational providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

NodeRisk does not use analytics or advertising cookies itself. Necessary browser storage remembers whether you selected Accept or Reject in the privacy banner. Accept allows the isolated Rooster jobs widget to load on the Careers page; Reject blocks the embed while leaving the direct external jobs link available.

You can reopen the banner at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. The isolated embed cannot access NodeRisk cookies or browser storage. Rooster's external job board may apply its own cookies and privacy practices.

Job listings are provided by Rooster. If you follow a job link and apply through Rooster, the information you submit—including contact details, application answers, and uploaded documents—is processed by Rooster and made available to NodeRisk for recruiting, candidate evaluation, communications, and related recordkeeping.

Recruitment information is retained according to legitimate hiring needs, applicable legal requirements, and the settings and policies of NodeRisk and Rooster. Review the Rooster Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) before submitting an application.

We retain inquiry and operational information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including follow-up, security, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. Retention can vary based on the nature of the inquiry and applicable obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
